Ben was an exceptional communicator from the get go with a keen on details. What impressed me most about working with Ben was his concern for getting every part of the project done right and ensuring I was satisfied with the progress. We worked his front office staff, Jessica, to coordinate payments and she was great. We had four other team members on site to build the deck, and all of them were very professional and worked hard. I received over a half Dozen quotes for my deck and Ben’s pricing came in average - I ultimately chose Ben and his team for his obvious attention to detail and thorough breakdown of pricing and process. It feels sturdy and blends in well with the existing floor,  I am glad I added the picture frame and drink rail as well.  I maybe should have added a little design in the floor.
